# The Pubs Code etc. Regulations 2016, Paragraph 9

Extent: E+W

Any information which the pub-owing business provides under paragraph 5, must be—
(a) accurate, wherever it refers to historical data; and
(b) reasonable, wherever it refers to projected data.
