# The Pupil Information (Wales) Regulations 2011, Regulation 4: Duties of head teacher — curricular records

Extent: E+W

The head teacher of every maintained school and of every special school not maintained by a local authority must keep a curricular record, updated at least once a year, in respect of every registered pupil at the school.
