  "text": "The following information about the pupil—\n(a) unique pupil number;\n(b) unique learner number, if known;\n(c) surname;\n(d) first name(s);\n(e) date of birth;\n(f) gender;\n(g) ethnic group;\n(h) national identity;\n(i) who provided the information as to the pupil’s ethnic group;\n(j) the pupil’s first language;\n(k) the pupil’s level of fluency in the Welsh language;\n(l) whether or not the pupil speaks Welsh at home;\n(m) who provided the information as to the pupil’s level of fluency in the Welsh language and the pupil’s speaking of Welsh at home; and\n(n) whether, pursuant to sections 512(3) and 512ZB of the 1996 Act, the pupil has applied and been found eligible for free school meals.",
