# The Pupil Information (Wales) Regulations 2011, Paragraph 2

Extent: E+W

Where the pupil is learning English as an additional language, a brief statement of the pupil’s level of acquisition when assessed against the following levels of achievement—
(a) “New to English” (“Newydd i Saesneg”);
(b) “Early Acquisition” (“Wedi Dysgu'n Ifanc”);
(c) “Developing Competence” (“Wedi Magu Cymhwysedd”);
(d) “Competent” (“Cymwys”); or
(e) “Fluent” (“Rhugl”).
