Regulation 2 Amendment of the Pupils' Registration Regulations 1956

Regulation 3 of the Pupils' Registration Regulations 1956^f1 shall be amended by—

(a)

the insertion at the end of paragraph (7) of—

“; or

(d)

in the case of a pupil who is registered as a pupil at more than one school in accordance with regulation 4A below, because he is attending another school at which he is a registered pupil”, and

(b)

the insertion at the end of paragraph (8) of “or, in the case of a pupil who is registered as a pupil at more than one school in accordance with regulation 4A below, because he is attending another school at which he is a registered pupil”.
