Article 4 Power to deviate

In constructing or maintaining any of the scheduled works, the Council may—

(a)

deviate laterally from the lines or situations shown on the deposited plan within the limits of deviation for that work shown on that plan, and

(b)

deviate vertically from the levels shown on the sections to any extent not exceeding 1 metre upwards and to any extent downwards.
