  "text": "(1) In Great Britain, the market surveillance authority is—\n(a) within its area, the weights and measures authority for—\n(i) category F1 fireworks;\n(ii) category F2 fireworks; and\n(iii) category F3 fireworks;\n(b) the Health and Safety Executive for—\n(i) category F4 fireworks;\n(ii) category T1 theatrical pyrotechnic articles;\n(iii) category T2 theatrical pyrotechnic articles;\n(iv) category P1 other pyrotechnic articles; and\n(v) category P2 other pyrotechnic articles.\n(2) In Northern Ireland, the market surveillance authority is—\n(a) within its area, the district council for—\n(i) category F1 fireworks;\n(ii) category F2 fireworks; and\n(iii) category F3 fireworks;\n(b) the Secretary of State for—\n(i) category F4 fireworks;\n(ii) category T1 theatrical pyrotechnic articles;\n(iii) category T2 theatrical pyrotechnic articles;\n(iv) category P1 other pyrotechnic articles; and\n(v) category P2 other pyrotechnic articles.",
