# The Pyrotechnic Articles (Safety) Regulations 2015, Regulation 61: Restrictive measures


When enforcing these Regulations, an enforcing authority must comply with the requirements of Article 21 of RAMS (as amended from time to time) in relation to any measure to—
(a) prohibit or restrict a pyrotechnic article being made available on the market;
(b) withdraw a pyrotechnic article; or
(c) recall a pyrotechnic article.
