  "text": "Before placing a pyrotechnic article on the market, a manufacturer must—\n(a) have a relevant conformity assessment procedure carried out; and\n(b) draw up the technical documentation referred to—\n(i) for a pyrotechnic article in respect of which the conformity assessment procedure in regulation 40(a) is being carried out, in point 3(c) of Module B of Schedule 2A;\n(ii) for a pyrotechnic article in respect of which the conformity assessment procedure in regulation 40(b) is being carried out, in point 2 of Module G of Schedule 2A;\n(iii) for pyrotechnic article in respect of which the conformity assessment procedure in regulation 40(c) is being carried out, in point 3.1(b) of Module H of Schedule 2A.",
