# The Pyrotechnic Articles (Safety) Regulations 2015, Paragraph 4: Interpretation


In this Schedule, “non-compliance” means that the pyrotechnic article—
(a) presents a risk; or
(b) is not in conformity with Part 2, or RAMS in its application to pyrotechnic articles.
