# The Qualifications and Curriculum Development Agency’s Remit Order 2010, Article 2


For the purposes of Part 8 of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009, qualifications when taken by a person aged 19 or over are outside the Qualifications and Curriculum Development Agency’s remit.
