  "text": "The following provisions of the Qualifications Wales Act 2015 come into force on 6 August 2015—\n(a) section 2(1) (establishment of Qualifications Wales);\n(b) section 2(2) so far as it relates to Part 1 and paragraph 37 of Schedule 1;\n(c) Part 1 of Schedule 1 (establishment of Qualifications Wales); and\n(d) paragraph 37 (in Part 2) of Schedule 1 (consequential amendment to the Freedom of Information Act 2000).",
