  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force on 6 August 2015 the provisions of the Qualifications Wales Act 2015 (“the Act”) listed in article 2 as provided for in that article.\nSection 2(1) of the Act establishes Qualifications Wales as a body corporate and section 2(2) introduces Schedule 1. Part 1 of Schedule 1 makes further provision related to the establishment of Qualifications Wales, including on its membership. Paragraph 37 of Schedule 1 amends the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to add Qualifications Wales to the list of public bodies and offices in Part 6 of Schedule 1 to that Act.",
