  "text": "Education, England And Wales\nMade 24 February 2016\nComing into force 1 May 2016\nThe Welsh Ministers in exercise of the powers in sections 55(1)(c) and 59 of the Qualifications Wales Act 2015 make the following Regulations.\nThe Welsh Ministers consider it expedient for the purposes of, or in consequence of, provisions of that Act to make the following Regulations.\nIn accordance with section 55(2) of the Qualifications Wales Act 2015, a draft of these Regulations was laid before the National Assembly for Wales and approved by a resolution of the National Assembly for Wales.",
