# The Qualifications Wales Act 2015 (Consequential Provision) Order 2017, Article 2: The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1999


(1) The definition of “educational qualification” in regulation 22 of the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1999 is amended as follows.
(2) Omit paragraphs (c) and (d).
(3) The paragraph (f) that extends to England and Wales also extends to Scotland (consequently omit the paragraph (f) that immediately before the coming into force of this Order extended to Scotland).
