Article 3 The National Minimum Wage Regulations 2015

Paragraph (b) of the definition of “further education course” in regulation 3 of the National Minimum Wage Regulations 2015f1 is amended as follows.

The sub-paragraphs (ii) and (iii) that extend to England and Wales also extend to Scotland and Northern Ireland (consequently omit the sub-paragraphs (ii) and (iii) that immediately before the coming into force of this Order extended to Scotland and Northern Ireland).
(3)
Omit the sub-paragraph (iv) that immediately before the coming into force of this Order extended to Scotland and Northern Ireland.
