  "text": "(1) Qualifications Wales may, in connection with the exercise of its functions, establish a committee jointly with any person.\n(2) In this Schedule a committee established under this paragraph is referred to as a “joint committee”.\n(3) A joint committee may establish sub-committees (“joint sub-committee”).\n(4) Qualifications Wales may pay remuneration and allowances to any person who—\n(a) is a member of a joint committee or a joint sub-committee, but\n(b) is not a member of Qualifications Wales or a member of its staff.",
