# Qualifications Wales Act 2015, Paragraph 39


In Schedule 2 to the Commissioner for Older People (Wales) Act 2006 (persons whose functions are subject to review under section 3), under the sub-heading “Education and training”—
(a) omit the entry “The Qualifications, Curriculum and Assessment Authority for Wales”, and
(b) at the end insert—
“Qualifications Wales.”
