  "text": "(1) Qualifications Wales may revise or revoke a special condition.\n(2) If Qualifications Wales revises or revokes a special condition, it must—\n(a) notify the body concerned of the revision or revocation, and\n(b) specify when the revision or revocation is to come into effect.\n(3) The date specified under sub-paragraph (2)(b) must not precede the date of notification under sub-paragraph (2)(a).\n(4) This paragraph is subject to paragraph 11 (revision of a fee capping condition).",
