  "text": "(1) Approval under section 16 or 17—\n(a) has effect from whatever date is specified by Qualifications Wales, and\n(b) is to be granted for a limited period specified by Qualifications Wales on granting approval.\n(2) Approval under section 18 or 19—\n(a) has effect from whatever date is specified by Qualifications Wales, and\n(b) may be granted indefinitely or for a limited period specified by Qualifications Wales on granting approval.",
