# The Qualifying Care Relief (Specified Social Care Schemes) (Amendment) Order 2012, Article 1: Citation, commencement and effect


(1) This Order may be cited as the Qualifying Care Relief (Specified Social Care Schemes) (Amendment) Order 2012.
(2) This Order comes into force on 5th April 2012.
(3) This Order has effect for the tax year 2011-2012 and subsequent tax years.
