  "text": "The levies which may be imposed by Quality Meat Scotland under article 6 (levies) and schedule 3 of the Order are to enable Quality Meat Scotland to—\n(a) meet its expenses in the exercise of its functions,\n(b) meet its administrative expenses,\n(c) further a purpose in article 3(2) (purposes of Quality Meat Scotland) of the Order,\n(d) establish a reserve fund.",
