# The Quality Meat Scotland Order 2008, Article 5: Acting through subsidiaries

Extent: S

(1) Quality Meat Scotland may delegate any of its functions to a subsidiary company with the approval of the Scottish Ministers but may continue to carry out any function it has delegated.
(2) A subsidiary company must carry out the functions that Quality Meat Scotland delegates to it.
