# The Quality Meat Scotland Order 2008, Paragraph 7: Reserve funds etc.

Extent: S

(1) Quality Meat Scotland may establish and maintain a reserve fund for the purposes of its functions.
(2) Quality Meat Scotland may borrow money and grant securities over any of its property.
