Regulation 16 Revocations and modifications

(1)

The following Regulations are hereby revoked—

(a)

Regulation 11 of the Quarries (General) Regulations 1956^f1;

(b)

the Quarries (Explosives) Regulations 1959; and

(c)

the Tregargus Quarry (Explosives) Special Regulations 1960^f2.

(2)

In the 1954 Act, the Mines and Quarries (Tips) Act 1969^f3 and the Mines Management Act 1971^f4, and in regulations made under any of those Acts, or in health and safety regulations, any reference to any of those Acts shall be treated as including a reference to these Regulations.
