  "text": "The operator shall ensure that—\n(a) the measures taken to protect the health and safety of those persons identified in regulation 7(1)(b)(i) and (ii) are reviewed—\n(i) on a regular basis to ensure compliance with the relevant statutory provisions, and\n(ii) whenever the circumstances require it, including where there has been a significant change in the way that the quarry operates; and\n(b) the regularity with which such reviews are to take place is specified in the health and safety document.",
