# The Quarries Regulations 1999, Regulation 48: Revocations and modifications to instruments

Extent: E+W+S

(1) The instruments specified in column 1 of Part I of Schedule 5 shall be revoked to the extent specified in the corresponding entry in column 3 of that Part.
(2) The provisions of the instruments specified in column 1 of Part II of Schedule 5 shall be modified to the extent specified in the corresponding entry in column 2 of that Part.
