# Race Relations Act 1968, Paragraph 3


The Board may appoint such officers and servants as they may, after consultation with the Secretary of State and with the consent of the Treasury, determine ; and the Board shall be included among the bodies listed in Schedule 8 to the 1965 c. 74.Superannuation Act 1965.
