(1)

The Secretary of State shall pay to the members of the Board such remuneration and allowances as he may, with the consent of the Treasury, determine.

(2)

The Board shall pay to any assessors appointed by them under section 18 of this Act and to the officers and servants of the Board such remuneration and allowances as they may, with the consent of the Treasury and after consultation with the Secretary of State, determine.
