# Race Relations Act 1968, Paragraph 5


There shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament the expenses of the Secretary of State under paragraph 4(1) of this Schedule, together with the expenses of the Board under paragraph 4(2) thereof and, to such amount as the Secretary of State may with the consent of the Treasury approve, any other expenses of the Board.
