# Race Relations Act 1968, Paragraph 5


The Commission may, in the case of such of its members, officers and servants as the Secretary of State may with the approval of the Treasury determine, pay to or in respect of them such pensions or gratuities, or make such payments towards the provision of pensions or gratuities, as may be so determined.
