# Race Relations Act 1968, Paragraph 6


There shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament the expenses of the Secretary of State under paragraph 3 above, together with the expenses of the Commission under paragraph 4 or 5 above and, to such amount as the Secretary of State may with the consent of the Treasury approve, any other expenses of the Commission.
