  "text": "RACE RELATIONS\nMade 20th June 2003\nComing into force 19th July 2003\nWhereas these Regulations were laid in draft before each House of Parliament in accordance with paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the European Communities Act 1972 and were approved by resolution of each House of Parliament;\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State, being a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to discrimination, in exercise of the powers conferred by that section, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
