# The Race Relations Act 1976 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1977, Article 4


Until 1st September 1977, sections 1(1) and 3(3) of the Act (definition of discrimination) shall have effect for the purposes of sections 17, 18 and 19 of the Act (discrimination in the field of education) as if paragraph (b) were omitted from the said section 1(1).
