THE RACE RELATIONS ACT
Made 24th November 2003
Laid before Parliament 26th November 2003
Coming into force 31st December 2003
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 71(5) of the Race Relations Act 1976, considering that the exercise of the power relates to persons who exercise functions of a public nature, hereby makes the following Order:
