  "text": "Schedule 1A to the Race Relations Act 1976 is amended as follows:\n(a) in Part II–\n(i) under the sub-heading “Libraries, museums and arts”, at the end of the entry relating to The Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission for England insert “(Known as English Heritage)”; omit the entry relating to Resource: The Council for Museums, Archives and Libraries and after the entry relating to The Millennium Commission insert “The Museum, Archives and Libraries Council”; and omit the entry relating to the Science Museum;\n(ii) under the sub-heading “Regulatory, audit and inspection”, at the end of the entry relating to The Engineering Council insert “(UK)”; and\n(iii) under the sub-heading “Other Bodies, etc”, at the end of the entry relating to The Gas and Electricity Consumer Council insert “(Energywatch)”;\n(b) in Part III under the sub-heading “Education”, for the entry relating to The National College of School Leadership substitute “The National College for School Leadership”; and\n(c) after Part III insert the headings and entries set out in the Schedule to this Order.",
