# The Race Relations Act 1976 (General Statutory Duty) Order 2006, Article 2: Amendment of Schedule 1A to the Race Relations Act 1976


Schedule 1A to the Race Relations Act 1976 is amended as follows:
(a) in Part 1, under the sub-heading “Other housing bodies”, omit the entry “Scottish Homes.”;
(b) in Part 2, under the sub-heading “Libraries, museums and arts”, omit the entry “The Royal Fine Art Commission for Scotland.”;
(c) in Part 3, under the sub-heading “Other Bodies etc.”, omit the entry “The Pensions Compensation Board.”;
(d) in Part 4, under the sub-heading “Other Bodies etc”, omit the entry “Bòrd na Gàidhlig (Alba)”; and
(e) after Part 4, insert the headings and entries set out in the Schedule to this Order.
