  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order provides for the coming into force on 2nd April 2001 of sections 2 to 9 of the Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2000 (“the Act”). Section 1 of the Act comes into force on 26th March 2001 for the purpose of the imposition of requirements or giving of express authorisations (as defined) by a Minister of the Crown, and for all other purposes on 2nd April 2001. Section 10 of the Act came into force on Royal Assent.",
