# The Race Relations Code of Practice (Housing) (Appointed Day) Order 2006, Article 2: Revised Code of Practice


Subject to article 4, the day appointed for the coming into effect of the revised Code of Practice on Racial Equality in Housing, which was issued by the Commission under subsections (7) and (9) of section 47 of the Race Relations Act 1976 (“the Act”), is 1st October 2006.
