  "long_title": "Article 3 of this Order prescribes the forms which may be used for the purposes mentioned in section 65(1) of the Race Relations Act 1976. The form set out in Schedule 1 is for use where a person (“the person aggrieved”) wishes to question another (“the respondent”) whom the considers may have discriminated against him in contravention of the Act. The form set out in Schedule 2 is for use by the respondent (if he so wishes) when replying.",
