Article 1 Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Racing Pigeons (Vaccination) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 1st April 1994.

The purpose of this Order is to give effect to article 17(3)

of Council Directive 92/66/EC of 14 July 1992 introducing Community measures for the control of Newcastle disease^f1so far as it relates to racing pigeons.
