# The Radio Equipment Regulations 2017, Paragraph 5: Authorised representatives


The manufacturer's obligations set out in paragraph 4 may be fulfilled by the manufacturer's authorised representative, on the manufacturer's behalf and under the manufacturer's responsibility, provided that they are specified in the mandate.
