# The Radio Spectrum (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 5: Amendment of the 823-832 MHz and 1785-1805 MHz etc Frequency Bands (Management) Regulations 2015

(1) The 823-832 MHz and 1785-1805 MHz etc Frequency Bands (Management) Regulations 2015 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3 (designation of Spectrum for Wireless Audio PMSE Equipment)—
(a) omit paragraph (1);
(b) in paragraph (2), omit “, in particular”.
