Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Radioactive Substances (Appeals) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st January 1991.

(2)

In these Regulations “the 1960 Act” means the Radioactive Substances Act 1960.
