ATOMIC ENERGY AND RADIOACTIVE SUBSTANCES

Laid before Parliament 12th September 1995
Coming into force 3rd October 1995
The Secretary of State for the Environment as respects England, the Secretary of State for Wales as respects Wales and the Secretary of State for Scotland as respects Scotland, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 8(6) and (7) and 15(2) of the Radioactive Substances Act 1993 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
