# The Radioactive Substances (Hospitals) Exemption Order 1990, Paragraph 4: Conditions


Radioactive material to which article 3(2) above applies shall, so far as is reasonably practicable, be kept under continuous surveillance or in a container which satisfies the requirements of paragraph 5 below and which is located in a store which also satisfies those requirements.
