ATOMIC ENERGY AND RADIOACTIVE SUBSTANCES
Made 8th July 1985
Laid before Parliament 17th July 1985
Coming into Operation 17th September 1985
The Secretary of State, in exercise of powers conferred by sections 2(6) and (7), 6(5), 7(4) and 20(a) of the Radioactive Substances Act 1960 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following order:—
