ATOMIC ENERGY AND RADIOACTIVE SUBSTANCES
Made 8th July 1980
Laid before Parliament 17th July 1980
Coming into Operation 7th August 1980
The Secretary of State for the Environment, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 2(6) and (7), 6(5) and 15(3) of the Radioactive Substances Act 1960 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order as follows:—
