  "heading": "Section 14 of the Act and radioactive waste from a Class 1 source",
  "text": "(1) A person is excluded from authorisation under subsection (1) of section 14 of the Act (accumulation of radioactive waste) in respect of radioactive waste from a Class 1 source.\n(2) A person who is excluded from authorisation must—\n(a) only accumulate the radioactive waste with a view to its subsequent disposal; and\n(b) dispose of the radioactive waste as soon as practicable and comply with the limitations and conditions set out in Schedule 3.",
