# The RAF Croughton Byelaws 2014, Section 11: Offences


(1) Subject to paragraph (2), any person who contravenes byelaw 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 commits an offence.
(2) No offence is committed where a person has a reasonable excuse for contravening paragraph (k), (l) or (m) of byelaw 7.
